Referrals are currently limited to patients in Trinidad and Tobago.
How to Refer:

Complete this referral (pdf) and email to gc@genecounselcaribbean.com

What to Expect:
Once the referral is made, GCC will contact the patient directly and arrange for set up of a patient portal.
Most patients will have 2 appointments total.
Documentation of the genetic assessment and any genetic testing will be sent to you at the completion of care.
Clinical management of the patient’s care remains at all times the responsibility of their primary care provider or specialist.
